Have you noticed God’s hand at work in the world today? In recent years, the fight for people’s hearts and minds has really been heating up. And although the devil is a defeated foe, he continues to wage war against the church. The battle has always been about souls.
This is where Charis Bible College comes in— for the sole purpose of raising up disciples to be strong in faith and grounded in truth. Being God’s instrument to further His kingdom is an honor beyond description, and we believe the Lord is raising us up for such a time as this. As Mordecai told Esther:
For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
Esther 4:14, emphasis added
Twenty-three years ago, God put a vision in Andrew Wommack’s heart, and all of it is coming to pass. The progress and success of Charis Bible College is nothing short of an absolute miracle. With each incremental step of obedience, God has continued to pour down blessing, favor, and provision on us.
Charis is on a mission to reach more people with the Gospel, and our plans to expand the scope of our campus will help us do just that.
In recent months, God has significantly enlarged the Charis vision to include campus facilities that will double our growth and attract a wider range of students. It will take time, and the plan is still in its early stages, but the Lord has made it clear that we must move forward and move quickly. In fact, the labor pains are beginning to set in.
The Charis experience continues to transform the lives of thousands of people, and now the Lord has broadened the vision for us to reach even more!
A significant factor in reaching our goal of doubling the current student enrollment to 2,500 in the next decade is the development of oncampus student housing. As many of you know, we just broke ground on our Woodland Park campus to begin construction of housing that will accommodate our growing student body.
Many colleges and universities provide student housing for 60 percent of their students, but because of our unique demographics, our target is to house 40 percent, or 1,000 students. Initially, we will be able to house 240 students in the six dorms built on campus. We also have plans to construct single-family houses and duplexes that will house families throughout our headquarters property, enabling us to eventually house an additional 800 students.
Constructing a student lounge, activity center, cafeteria, food courts, performing arts center, sports complex, and other campus-wide facilities will provide activities that will minister to students on every level—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. And our goal is to complete all these projects by 2033, completely debt free.
We believe there is no better place to study God’s Word than Charis Bible College where the Bible is the only textbook. The natural beauty and serenity of the area provide the perfect setting for digging into God’s Word and listening for His still, small voice.
We see God’s hand at work in raising up Charis to be the premiere Bible college in the world. Students who come to Charis are deeply committed to growing in their relationship with God. Once they get a revelation of His goodness, grace, and love for them, they leave transformed and ready to change the world.
Coming to Charis was the best thing God has asked me to do so far. It was encouraging to build connections with like-minded believers who are passionate about the Lord. The teaching on God’s love and grace was brought to light in a way that my mind hadn’t fully grasped. The more knowledge I get of His love, the more grounded I become. Charis really helped me deepen my own personal relationship with the Lord.

The expansion of Charis has nothing to do with any one individual or ministry. The only goal is to make disciples who will then make more disciples. And Charis is a disciple-making machine. Only through discipleship can we be “the salt of the earth” and “the light of the world” like Jesus instructed. We invite you to tune in to awmi.net/CharisCampus/ for a special 3-D flyover presentation of the Charis expansion plan that will be live-streamed at 6 p.m. MT on December 6. You’ll get to see a visual representation of what the Lord is directing us to do.
We believe you will be blessed to catch the vision and inspired to be a blessing as we work together to spread the nearly-too-good-to-be-true news to as many people as possible!
